The words of drive channel’s Mike Musto, so you know that the 1959 Chevrolet Apache pick-up truck he’s referring to is going to be on the bright side of awesome. The Apache was never designed to hold the road, corner like it was on rails, and keep pace with the Porsche 911s of this world. To put that to rights, owner Wes Drelleshak replaced the straight-six under the hood with a 383 small block that now kicks out around 500hp and 510lb ft of torque.
