Last Saturday saw another one of the Dubai Autodrome’s successful, if expensive track days take place on the International Circuit. As you can imagine the heat coming towards the end of June was bearing on being unbearable so I made the call to give it a miss on account of a family trip to the east cost and Mr Mike stepped up to the plate – headed out in the to the scorching sunshine and shot these great shots for us.

Not the best choice of car when the ambient temps are pushing 50c and track temps probably touching 70c…The KTM X-Bow is however one of the coolest creations to come out of the car industry in the past few years. Nailed by the press for not being noisy enough – they clearly have not heard how easy it is to fix that! Not only that but chastised for not being fast enough…again, search for tuning options for the 2.0TFSI VW/Audi lump! Either way it is a great looking car and good on KTM for pushing the boundaries.
