Well, scores of competitors across the pond are about to undertake something a lot bigger on the 45th annual Baja 1000.
The headline event of the SCORE Championship Desert Racing series, the Baja 1000 covers between 900 and 1100miles (1600-ish kilometres) across desert wasteland, mountainous dunes and generally harsh terrain across Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula.
