Reem International Circuit, Saudi Arabia. The Saudi Falcons returned home for round four of the Porsche GT3 Challenge Cup Middle East, with local boys Abdulaziz Turki AlFaisal and Faisal Binladen looking for a good result in front of the home crowd.
Safe to say that The Saudi Falcons enjoyed mixed blessings at round four of the Porsche GT3 Challenge Cup Middle East in Saudi Arabia. Silver Cup challenger Faisal Binladen enjoyed a storming run at the Reem International Circuit to nab a front row starting position on home turf, and added several cherries atop the cake by taking his first two podium finishes of the season.
In the other garage, standings leader – and Red Bull athlete – Abdulaziz Turki AlFaisal enjoyed his own spectacular run in the second race, though this was largely because he was upside down and barrel rolling out of a potential podium after being punted off-track by Silver Cup runner Zaid Ashkanani.
Certainly a weekend to remember for The Saudi Falcons. For one reason or another.
