This time it’s the ADAC GT Masters that made the perfect addition to the LMS Sports cars, Le Mans Series, Radicals, German F3 and and..busy weekend as you can see..

The Audi R8 LMS’ not only look and sound absolutely stunning, they are also proving to the most successful car in the series with Christian Abt leading the Championship.

I’d been sat at this position for about 20 minutes hiding in the shade would you believe… look at me all hardcore from the Middle East! The view of the main building and track was awesome…hence the picture. You can just about make out one of the F430s in the pits with some early race niggles.

When Ford first debuted the Ford GT in 2002 there were no intentions to take it racing, nor was it developed for racing. Thankfully, this didn’t stop Matech Concepts and owner Martin Bartek from developing a version for the FIA’s GT3 class. The new car took advantage of the GT’s sporting engineering and was highly successful, winning the championship in 2008 and proving very successful in the ADAC German Champs…Super sexy car to boot!

Friedhelm and Martin Wiesmann left a corporate career to pursue a dream and develop a new, fascinating, sports car, the Wiesmann GT. Vehicles sold around the world continue to grow and newer models and versions are being released all the time. They are the choice of the SRO and the ADAC when it comes to Pace cars…they look and sound fantastic!

Porsche 997 GT3 Cup S – I was actually quite surprised to see the Porsche out numbered in a German Championship of all places.

It was quite funny being embroiled in the Press pit at the beginning of the race – Watching the photographers getting pushed and shoved out of the way by each other wanting that ultimate picture was humorous to watch. As you can I stood back and took some pictures instead…
