I’ve always been a firm believer that there is a major underground stream of talent in this region. The motorsport scene (when we say motorsport we are specifically directing that at track racing) has been crying out for Middle Eastern talent for more than a while now and still to this day the numbers are super limited. Is it driven by lack of interest? More than likely…

However look beyond the main stream types motorsport and into the realms of new stream motorsport such as AutoX, Gymkhana, Drift etc and the talent really begins to fit. We see on more than a regular basis, guys doing stuff like this. Now we can’t condone it and never will, but you can’t deny that it’s pretty friggin cool and takes more than your average dollop of skill to firstly get the car up to the balance point, but secondly to keep it there in such a beautifully smooth manner.
