Fiat has announced its return to the family hatchback market with the new Tipo… or the Aegea, if you’re in Turkey.
Fiat’s new family hatchback; the Tipo, is all set for sale in the Middle East, Eurpoe and Africa. The model is based on the Aegea saloon, which went on sale earlier this year in Turkey.
Specifications for the Middle East are yet to be confirmed, but the new Ford Focus rival is expected to get two petrol engine options of a 94bhp 1.4-litre and a 108bhp 1.6-litre.
Not only that, rumor has it that Fiat also plans on entering the pick-up market, so watch this space.
