Ok, so the flag has dropped and the Dubai 24hrs is gone until 2011. It was a superb success for all concerned and especially so for local teams that bagged some pretty serious success. Class wins and podiums against world wide recognised endurance teams is nothing to be sniffed at.So with this post I will be bring you a different angle to the events that unfolded last weekend. One aspect of the race that I just couldn’t initially get to grips with was the volume of traffic that appeared in clumps. The odd thing was that the clumps seemed to have a huge variety of vehicles with huge disparities of speed…

The Dunlop crew put just as much effort in as the teams and the drivers. Their little production line seemed to steaming along all day and night. I grabbed this shot just as the sun came up on the Saturday…I even got a free Red Bull out of them, so thanks to Dunlop for the hospitality.
