Peugeot has today unveiled its newest version of its i-Cockpit and new interior design.
Peugeot has revealed its newest interior design direction and new i-Cockpit infotainment system, which is set to feature on all future models.
The new design features head-up digital instrument displays, a 12.3’’ high-resolution digital screen and new re-designed steering wheel.
The i-Cockpit has only ever been seen on the brand’s three best-selling models, but is set to feature on all new Peugeot models.
The 12.3-inch display features a new tablet-like eight-inch touchscreen in the centre of the instrument panel. The new interactive technology is said to have increased responsiveness and made it simpler to use, over its predecessor.
3D navigation is also included on both of the information screens, with real-time traffic information from Tom Tom Traffic. It is also connected to voice recognition and enables hands-free device control, with useful features like automatic text message management reading, drafting and sending messages hands free. The central screen also features Apple CarPlay, Mirrorlink and Android Auto technologies.
