I was chatting to a good friend the other day about this car and thought it only fair to drag it out of the archives and share it again with you lot. The story was going along the lines of wondering/dreaming about what it would be like to drive a latest generation Cup car on the street and then it rang in my head that I had the pleasure of seeing such a beast in real life.

Last year I was stood at a petrol station when I heard the clear and obvious tones of a sequential box and straight cut gears screaming through the crisp morning air…then round the corner came this!! I paid up and chased it down as it headed up the roads towards the car park for the Ring. Luckily I had a chance to have a quick look round it and grabbed these shots as a reminder that there are guys out there doing what you and I dream about!
Can you imagine pulling this out of the garage, blatting through the country roads of the Eifel Mountains, popping in a couple of laps at the Ring and then heading home via the pub?! Sounds almost perfect to me…
