The gestation period for the Aston Martin One-77 – the worlds most powerful, naturally aspirated car, seems to be dragging on.

Yes the car hit the motorshow circuit, popping up all over the world, from Dubai to Salon Privé (a society/supercar garden party in the middle of London) to generate the much needed interest from it’s required customer base. Then a fully production – or so we all believed – version was seen in central London last summer. Now, it is back at the ‘Ring, pounding the ring in search of that production sign off seal of approval. Weird…not ready yet then?!

Mind you, it’s going to be epic – of that there is no doubt. But, come on boys – she will be long in the tooth by the time it hits the streets of the Middle East and knowing the market like we do, the buyers may just walk away from something that is taking so long to arrive. Even more so after they have sat, smelt and maybe even driven it.
