I used to charge home after school all the time to hook my Nintendo up and have an hours on Ivan “Ironman” Stewart’s Super Off Road prior to being dragged kicking and screaming from the TV to more mundane tasks in life..or homework. At the time I had no idea of, or any desire to find out what, Super Off Road was and that would be the case for a fair few years.
So you can imagine my suprprise as I grew up and started becoming a formal petrol geek that I came across Championship Off Road Racing. Who would have thought it was actually real after years of thinking it was a simple arcade racing game and not only that for those that haven’t seen it, it’s as crazy as I remember the game was!
