What you’re looking at here could potentially be hanging on your living room wall or brightening up your kitchen as soon as next year. For a price of course.
They are the collected works of Piotr Degler Jablonski, internationally acknowledged purveyor of automotive awesomeness, and could form part of a new Degler Calendar set to hit the scene in 2014. Piotr himself is remaining tight lipped on the subject, and while rumours suggest the calendar could lean towards concept cars, he’s not ready to spoil the surprise just yet.
And there’s good reason to speculate, since Piotr’s calendar will follow a specific theme: anything from 1970s supercars to Italian rally cars, the most expensive and desirable hyper machines on the planet to dusty old jalopies ploughing their wares in the desert, is on the table. The final decision will be made when Degler Calendar facebook page hits 1000 likes (that’s your cue to start by the way).
To give you an idea just how committed Piotr is to the Degler Calendar, the selection you see here was shot at this year’s Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, and it wasn’t too long before they were landing in crankandpiston’s inbox. Hopefully Piotr’s thoughts on the models featured might give you some insight into his creative process:
