I shot these pictures a while back now for EVO magazine after I was asked to hop over my garden fence and cover the first track evening for the then newly reformed Ferrari Owners Club. However as per most magazine shoots they only manage to put into print a couple of shots due to space restrictions. So as I was sifting through the C+P vault I came across these tucked away in a file and thought why not!!

As I was walking around the paddock early on in the evening I watched this F430 charging along the outer access road into the Pit area.

A nice laid back evening down at the Autodrome…The light bouncing of the cars as the sun dropped in the sky! There is something about a line up of Ferraris that is quite evocative.

The guys at Gulf Sport where invited down to join the Ferraris and show them a proper fast lap around the Autodrome. The speed difference as you can imagine was HUGE!

Not something I would do or recommend doing is track driving in a car with the roof down and no proper roll cage. However for some reason this chap was allowed to run. Sweet old skool F355 though! These cars have lost none of their charm and beauty and boy do they sound great.

Saving the best till last – Undoubtedly the most beautiful car at the event was this stunning 599 resplendent in a gorgeous dark red. Something about Ferraris in colours other than those corporate is so appealing.
