EIGHT things you might not know about the F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix

Tickets for the 2017 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix now on-sale, and early birds could be entitled to 30 per cent list price

Fans looking to book their tickets early for the Formula 1 season-closing Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on November 24-26 could take advantage of a new package deal being offered by the host Yas Marina Circuit, with tickets bought online before May 31 eligible for 30 per cent discount.

The ‘early bird discount’ is just one of several to help encourage attendance at the Grand Prix. Ticket prices remain identical to those offered for the event in 2016 on Abu Dhabi Hill and up to five of the main grandstands, while the Yas Marina Circuit is also offering three new packages for 2017 alongside the ‘early bird discount’. Children under 12 will be eligible for the ‘Kids go Free’ program with each three-day adult Grandstand ticket purchased, including complimentary Friday Grandstand access as well as free entry to the neighbouring Yas Waterworld and Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.

Similarly, the GP Parks Pass package allows unlimited access to both facilities on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the Grand Prix weekend. Tickets holders can also experience ‘Super Thursday’, a program that includes a pit walk and live music sets that made its debut at the event last year.

Further details concerning ticket prices and availability can be found on the official Yas Marina Circuit website HERE
