Al Moosa in the little Mazda MX-5 fought off some serious competition with skillful steer from the rear action. He also had a secret weapon hidden under the bonnet in the shape of a Toyota Black-Top 20V and AE86 box.

Classic honours went to Mikie in the 1980 Corvette. First time out on an Evolve Speed Run (but unlikely to be his last) the Corvette seemed a bit of a handful on the tighter sections. Old school Americana muscle triumphed in the end but the main thing was that Mikie seemed to be having a blast manhandling the ‘vette around the Oval Circuit.

Daniel Hanna triumphed yet again in the EVO. Fighting off seriously stiff competition from Round 1 winner Steve Swindells in his monstrous GT-R, the EVO seemed to have that extra bonus of agility needed for the tight and demanding layout of Round 5. Daniel continually put in seriously fast times and triumphed as both All-wheel drive and overall winner.
