With the Geneva Motor Show drawing to a close for another year, here’s a quick snapshot (no pun intended) of some of the cars on display, captured by the tiltshift lens of Omran Al Owais. We’ll start with the Audi A3 sedan concept above.
Is there anyone that doesn’t love the Lexus LFA? Surely not. The Nurburgring Package adds 10bhp and shortens the gearshift time, while adding some aerodynamic goodies. Just 50 LFAs will get the ‘Ring treatment and will set customers back an extra $70,000.
Legendary Italian coachbuilder Zagato worked its magic on this Fiat 500, giving cute a sleeker edge. Sadly, the 500 Coupe Zagato is a just a concept for now.
This is Maserati’s brand new GranTurismo racer, which will feature in a one-make SuperTrofeo series. Dribble at its sexiness…
…but save some saliva for this roadgoing MC Stradale, which promises to be the most exciting road Maser yet.
Sticking with the Italian style, Alfa Romeo whipped the covers off the 4C. This one’s a concept, but expect a road-going production version to make for a more affordable Alfa sports car than the 8C Competizione in the next year or so.
Veteran British sports car manufacturer Morgan gave its new 3-Wheeler some teeth, inspired by classic fighter planes of the First World War.
The Bentley Continental Supersports ICR Convertible was built to celebrate the company’s recent speed record on ice – more than 300kph on a patch of frozen sea in Finland. Just 100 examples will be made.
Is it possible to make the mighty Bentley Mulsanne look small?
Orange Conti GT, anyone?
Speaking of orange… it’s the eagerly anticipated Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4. Mean, but beautiful with it.
We don’t need an excuse to feature Porsche’s absolutely gorgeous 918 RSR again. It wasn’t new for Geneva, but just look at it.
Ok, maybe one more.
By one, we of course meant two. Anyway, moving on…
Camaro booty.
Chevrolet’s electric Volt isn’t expected to make an appearance in the Middle East any time soon, but it’s still a technological achievement that the company is proud to show off.
Not all the funky metal was contained at the show – Omran spotted this tidy looking Lamborghini Countach while out and about. Fine work.
