Okay, so we might be slightly biased – but seriously, could you really line the new Ian Callum-designed masterpiece up against the likes of the BMW 7-Series, Mercedes S-Class or the Audi A8 and not be won over by the Jag’s lines?

With matte white paint and black highlights, stunning 22-inch brushed alloy wheels and deeper sills and bumpers all round – the XJ75 certainly stands out from the crowd.

The boys have outdone themselves on the interior with pearlescent finishing, diamond-stitched suede and a large dosage of beautiful purple lining the centre console and glove box.

The XJ75 gets its first public airing at the Pebble Beach Concours D’Elegance in California this weekend and if the reception from the wealthy visitors goes down as well as Jaguar hopes, then we could be seeing a showroom-ready version of this car very soon indeed.
