It was great to hear that Dubai based teams DXB Racing and Duel Racing have decided to head out of Dubai and test their skills against the worlds competition in the Spanish 24-Hours race. The race held at the Circuit de Catalunya is one of the premier events on the calendar and should provide some superb racing for the guys. Racing in any 24-hour event places unique pressures on the drivers and vehicles and the teams have the disadvantage of learning a new circuit as the UAE drivers have not previously driven at Catalunya. However, both teams have every reason to be confident of a strong showing in Spain as the cars will be meticulously prepared and will benefit from the same expert and experienced mechanical support as enjoyed by DXB Racing when their Aston Vantage GT4 scored a SP2 class win at this years Dubai 24-hours even held at the Dubai Autodrome.
