Mercedes has announced the S65 Cabriolet in the Middle East.
The model features the 6.0‑litre V12 biturbo engine with an output of 621bhp, producing 1000Nm of torque. It has a 0-100kpm of 4.1 seconds and an electronically-limited top speed of 250 km/h (electronically limited). Mated to a speedshift plus 7G-TRONIC transmission.
The model comes with three individual driving modes: Controlled Efficiency, Sport and Manual, and features AIRMATIC sport suspension with variable damping adjustment. The damping characteristics can be preset in two modes: a high level of long-distance comfort or a sporty, stiff setup.
The three-layered fabric soft top is available in black, dark blue, beige and dark red, and can be electro-hydraulically opened and closed while on the move, at speeds up to 50kph, with opening and closing taking around 17 seconds. Inside features include sport seats in exclusive nappa leather, with model-specific diamond-pattern layout, a sport steering wheel in a three-spoke design, trimmed to match, Burmester 3D surround sound, AIRSCARF neck-level heating system, and heated armrests.
The Mercedes-AMG S 65 Cabriolet can be ordered from April 4.
