The good news is that progress has picked up pace and as fast as the deliveries have been arriving, the guys from One Thousand Dunes have been bolting them up.
The Enkei RPF1 race wheels have arrived and have been teamed up with lightweight RAYS nuts. Rotational mass reduction is a priority on this build.
A key element in reducing this rotational mass is the carbon prop shaft. It is almost a shame that such a superbly crafted piece of carbon is going to be hidden out of view.
The main news, however, is that the engine is in and buttoned up and things are about to get very interesting…
