What you see here is the future. Maybe.

This is the family car of 2032 designed by artist Michal Vlcek, and it is the winning entry of a competition set up for the London Motorexpo to design an innovative electric-powered car of the future.

As well as looking pretty striking, there’s a couple of other neat touches. The electric motors themselves for example are installed within the wheels to maximize cabin space. Must remember the luggage requirements in 2032 will still be a selling point, after all.

This is far from Michal’s first shot at automotive design though. The London Royal College of Arts student has for many years been sketching this and angling that to produce his own unique stamp on car concept design.

This Audi ‘Pseudo Etron’ is one of his latest creations, and we’re giving the low stance, enormous front grille and redesigned front bumper a big thumbs up. Sticking with the German marques, Michal’s also given the BMW 3 Series new vertical kidney grilles and a ridonculously low sweeping roof.
