And I bet some of you are pissed at yourselves for selling that piece of old American muscle you had all those years ago.
The first reason for this appreciation, and one relevant for collectors going forward, is performance. These cars set a new benchmark, changed the way we saw the car, impacted our lives in a way we never saw as being possible.
You might even say they were revolutionary.
Not only that, they gave Joe Public the opportunity to go racing. Not circuit racing like most people were accustomed to in Europe; good old fashioned quarter mile hacking. The muscle car gave you, me and the guy next door the chance to race, and race competitively, with the potential for giant-slaying performance.

We have a better idea – Why don’t you ‘the reader’ give it a shot and we will think of something suitably cool to send you.

You should swing by Khalid Bin Hadher’s garage at Performance – I was there last night and, despite their JDM inage, there’s puh-lenty of tasty muscle car love going on there! ๐

Agreed… Will swing by and shoot some pics next week all being well.
