The Nissan Delta Wing is surely the single most incredible step into the ‘different’ for racing cars in the past 30 years. Interesting, innovative, wild and occasionally caught up in unwarranted controversy. It was sadly pushed off the track at Le Mans and after a shaky start at Petit Le Mans (read that as knocked off the track), the DeltaWing finished an exceptional 5th overall. It is most certainly paving it’s way into the history books and could potentially change the face of race cars as we know it.

As much as we would love to get our mitts on it, we will have to settle for watching Mr Chris Harris drive it, and then deliver a stunning interview with Engineer Ben Bowlby. Proof if needed that the 2min rule of internet videos is formally being blown out of the water by the DRIVE team. Not to mention an engaging and entertaining vid giving you the truth about a car that is so heavily misunderstood.
