Looking at these pictures, it’s fair to assume that this particular tuning company was Nissan GTR exclusive. And actually, you’d be wrong.

Granted a lot of Alpha Logic’s recent work has focused on the many GTRs and occasional Chevrolet Corvettes that have rolled through the shuttered door. Even as we speak, a fleet of Nissan’s 911-beater lines the far wall of the team’s workshop in Dubai’s Al-Quoz industrial area, awaiting its time on the dyno. But the team is more than willing to test its tuning muscles on something other than performance bruisers.

“Our aim has always been to build 1000hp cars, and we do that well,” says Alpha Logic owner Ali Albeshir. “Yes, our speciality is GTRs and Corvettes, and American muscle cars. But I have always said that we can tune any type of car providing it has the potential.”

And it’s not hard to see why. The outfit is more experienced with performance machinery than its five-month life cycle would suggest. Ali himself has been an entrepreneur on the tuning scene for a number of years now, and his four-strong team of mechanics I’m trying desperately not to get in the way of have been working their magic even longer than that. It’s a solid base, helped immensely by Hally Auto Spare Parts, whose owner Sukhbir Singh Sabharwal has wandered over to join us.
