Rarely does a ‘new’ circuit receive such positive praise as the Circuit of the Americas. Ardent fans of those tracks steeped to the gills with motorsport heritage, such as Spa-Francorchamps and Monza, have grown weary with the new wave of ‘world class facilities’, and have already vented their fury at the Shanghai International Circuit, the Korea International Circuit and (just for some variety) the Buddh International Circuit, to name but a few.
Austin’s brand new track though seems to have bucked the trend. Drive clearly think so too, and in its latest instalment the team hits the asphalt for a perspective you’re unlikely to have seen before.
