Project CARS is “the most authentic, beautiful, intense, and technically-advanced racing game on the planet.” Or at least it might be when it is released in November 2014.
I’ve been a late comer to the virtual gaming world but a few months ago I sucked it up and bought a Playstation 3, Gran Turismo 6, a Logitech wheel and a racing seat. Despite the fact it mainly sits unused, gathers dust and takes up way too much space in my living room, I fully admit to loving it when the opportunity of a few quick laps of Tsukuba present themselves.
A new trailer for the racing simulator Project CARS, due to be released in November 2014 for the Playstation 4, Xbox One, PC, Steam OS & WiiU, would appear to be pushing the virtual boundaries even further. If the gameplay lives up to these cracking graphics I will soon be upgrading my Playstation 3 to a 4 and no doubt getting my ass handed to me on a plate during online gaming by some foetus who doesn’t even have a real world driving license.
Them’s the breaks though…
