We’re no strangers to abandoned cars in the Middle East, as a lot of our features have shown. Take a wander around the industrial areas and many of the airport car parks in the region and you’ll still find examples covered with dust and slowly rotting, their owners long gone.

Every now and then though, we stumble across an example we just need to snap, and this Ford Mustang is one of them: a setting sun on a bright orange muscle car.

Oddly symbolic, isn’t it?
