This is a bit of weird post to be putting up here…I questioned it..then I thought why not!! I had been looking for a daily driver to fulfil the daily hack from home, via my boys school and on to work. So me being me, it would mean that it had to be a slightly left field car, however I even shocked myself when I stumbled across and subsequently bought a Mercedes 500e.
It is an amazing car…slightly gnarly around the edges, however with gangster looks and 300++ hp it makes me smile everyday I get into it. I will be slowly dropping stories in as we go along sharing with you experiences (dirty burnout capability now that we have no traction control) and work that I have done to keep the “Hammer” ticking along.
So yeah, its an odd post…but who cares?!

I would be fooling myself if I said that I hadn’t thought about it 🙂

Very nice car Phil. I could see this thing in full DTM kit running the Nerburgring. Very cool. Mark H.
