We may have stumbled across something here. Rumour has it this is one of the first shots of Audi’s revised R18 TDI Le-Mans Prototype, and is therefore due to replace the company’s current class-leading model.
Like the R8 and R15 TDI before it, the R18 immediately made waves shortly after its official launch.
