Chances are, if you’ve been doing your random motorsport YouTubing properly, that the words “Oh, oh, off! It’s Tarquini!” will mean something to you. If not, then commentary legend Murray Walker has a memorable clip for you. The 155 however spent only a brief time on its roof, walking to eight victories despite the barrel roll at Knockhill. And as you’d expect from any flamboyant Italian, Tarquini – who went on to become the oldest FIA-accredited champion ever at 52-years old when he won the 2009 WTCC crown – knew how to make a championship decider exciting. This memorable moment on two-wheels at Silverstone helped seal his 1994 crown in the history books.
