Sadly events like this just don’t seem to happen in the Middle East. Don’t get us wrong, there are small events here and there, but events of this scale and quality have yet to take their stride. Maybe it’s time we pulled our finger out and launched our plans?! >>>

    Nice event. I remember the days when I used to organise events like this for the NSW SUPRA Club when I lived in Sydney, Australia. The first event I put together was massive, with magazine coverage from Wheels, High Performance Imports etc etc and included about 150 Supras, a few skylines, some WRXs, EVOs etc etc. Ahhh…those were the days… 🙂

    The potential is defo there, in abundance too. We have a Bimmers count of 2,000 strong, HERE in the UAE. We’ve tried and still are trying to get to that scale, but it’s too complicated. Most of which the lack of venues, and venues that are somewhat fulfilling the conditions would ask for ridiculous terms to host. Insurance, permissions from my grand mother and extended family, serious money, bleh!
