The latest version of the Corvette Z06 has been dribbled out on the interweb and we like it.
With only seven Corvette generations on the streets and a blood line that runs cars such as the Nissan Skyline and the Porsche 911 close, we all sit up and look when a new special ‘Vette’ pops up. We had the pleasure of driving the seventh generation Corvette in the USA a few months back now and couldn’t help but think the car needed a bit of Z06 dribbling all over it. We aren’t saying the standard Corvette isn’t a great looking piece of kit, but you can’t go wrong with a bit extra here and there.
Throw horsepower (rumored at over 600bhp), which is a chunk over the standard cars 6.2-litre V8 pushing out 455bhp and earth turning torque (again rumored at over 600 twists), loads of carbon goodies, arches stretched over the rims and other race inspired bits and bobs and you are for sure to have a better looking piece of kit than the stocker.
