Check its illustrious halls and you’ll find motorsport’s vitriolic rage summed up on multiple occasions with just one finger. Valentino Rossi took it to another level in 2001 however, when he flipped the bird to title rival Max Biaggi at the 2001 Japanese Grand Prix in Suzuka after being ‘elbowed’ onto the grass down the main straight.
