So…One day to go! I just managed to get down to the Autodrome tonight after being delayed at work and then wanting to perve over the new wheels that have arrived for the crankandpiston GTI (sadly not racing). So with about 30 mins to spare I legged it down the road to the track with my camera and a couple of lenses.As you can see from the pics there were quite a few competitors out there undertaking final shake down tests and one or two that managed to find glitches which will hopefully be fixed in time for the first race on Friday.

Umair in the Lap 57 Honda Civic. These cars are insane and bonkers fast! I do think the lead ballast the car will have to run to comply with the weight regs will stunt its performance though…

Zlatco was out in the new Integra – We had some good battles last year with Zlatco and really look forward to being down the road from him this year 🙂

Big Spencer was chillin out on the pit wall watching the world go by. The all new Honda must have been tucked up ready for a Hardcore workout.

Steve and Chris of AXIX Motorsport had a couple of niggles with their big bad Viper. Initial pit chat was that the engine had let go, however it seemed to be much less of an issue than that!
