Extreme is not always the best approach.
If you’ve got a project car, you should want it to be the best example there is, right? The fastest, the cleanest, the best sounding.
Not so, says Drive’s Mike Musto. For him, the aim in a vintage project is a car that’s balanced, that has just what it needs to match its own character and the use for which its intended. And to demonstrate, he has this beautiful 1965 Chevrolet Malibu SS as an example.
