Red Bull Formula 1 car hits the ski slope

At a time when the FIA, drivers, teams, and indeed Formula 1 fans at large have thrown their arms in the air in exasperation at the new-for-2017 technical regulations, designed – apparently – to make the competition closer, and ultimately, the racing better. In possibly the strangest shakedown in F1 history (and do let us know in the comments section if you can think of anything else), Toro Rosso driver Max Verstappen took to the slopes of Kitzbühel in a ‘world-championship winning car’ (again, comments section) ahead of the region’s annual Hahnenkamm ski races. Joined by former Grand Prix winner Gerhard Berger, Red Bull head honcho Helmut Marko and 3500 spectators, the Red Bull hit the Streif ski run in Kitzbühel at 1600m of altitude with snow chains and a crapload of go-pros attached.

Sod reshuffled front wing dimensions and tyre sizes. We want this.
