When AMS Performance busted out the first nine second R35 GT-R the world sat up and took notice. Everyone knew the Nissan R35 GT-R had the potential but AMS Performance boasted that “this is just the beginning”. And it was. Through continued development it became the world’s first eight second R35 GT-R and the times were getting lower and lower until running an 8.25 on July 11, 2013. And remember, this is still a road car.
Eight second GT-Rs are now so last week and the AMS Alpha Omega has broken in to the sevens. Yup, that would be another world’s first from AMS Performance then…
