The sharpening of commercial focus has been confirmed as the reason for a major restructuring that has/is taking place at the Yas Marina Circuit. Job cuts have been the order of the day and seemingly a large chunk from the Media and comms departments have been given the choice to leave their jobs immediately or work on through their notice period.  With F1 just around the corner these cuts are assured to not distract the focus the circuit has in putting the region on the world map
