The team at Yas Marina opened the doors to their stunning (and we mean stunning) Drag racing facility this past weekend for the first in this seasons Pro Drag Racing competitions. For those that have a penchant for burning rubber and bettering their E.T’s it was most certainly an event that shouldn’t have been missed.

The classes that were up on the roster included – Pro Modified; Outlaw 10.5; Super Eliminator (7.50 Index); Pro Bike; Super Street Bike; Pro 6; and Super Street 8. Running on the 1/8th mile track, the evening was actioned packed and turned some super quick times.

The pro drag racing event is comprised of four races throughout the season with a faintly monumental grand total purse of AED 1.4 million in prize money on the table.
